성북구에 위치한 현대적인 한옥은 전통적인 요소와 현대적인 감각이 조화를 이루는독특하고 편안한 공간입니다.
외관은 동양적인 소재를 디자인 언어로 해석하여 테슬과 모시발을 활용해 전통적인 아름다움을 현대적인 감각으로 풀어냈습니다. 모시발 사이로 스며드는 따뜻한 조명은 공간에 따뜻한 분위기를 더하며 일상에서 벗어나 여유를 찾을 수 있는 특별한 경험을 제공합니다. 디딤석을 밟고 지나갈 때마다 마치 일상의 휴식을 느낄 수 있는 순간을 경험하게 됩니다.
이 공간은 도심 속에서 여유를 찾고자 하는 이들에게 전통적인 미와 자연에서 얻을 수 있는 오브제를 활용해 차별화된 휴식의 시간을 선사합니다. 전통적인 공간에서 느끼는 여유는 일상을 환기시키고 마음의 활력을 불어넣는 역할을 합니다.
공간 구성은 스파룸, 상담실, 마사지룸, 화장실, 홀로 이루어져 있으며 각 룸은 독립적인 공간으로 구성되어 개인적인 편안함을 제공합니다. 전통 소재의 투과와 반사를 활용하여 공간을 확장시키는 효과를 주어 더욱 개방적이고 확장된 느낌을 전달하며 방문객들에게 깊은 휴식을 선사합니다.

A Space Where Leisure Gently Seeps into Everyday Life
Located in Seongbuk-gu, this contemporary hanok is a calm and welcoming space where traditional elements harmonize with modern sensibilities. Rather than presenting tradition in a literal way, the space reinterprets it through a refined and approachable language, offering a quiet sense of comfort within the city.
The exterior translates Eastern materials into a modern design vocabulary, incorporating tassels and ramie blinds to express traditional beauty through a contemporary lens. Warm light filtering through the ramie blinds softly fills the space, creating an inviting atmosphere that allows visitors to step away from everyday routines and rediscover a sense of ease. With each step across the stone thresholds, moments of rest quietly unfold, as if daily life itself begins to slow.
Designed for those seeking respite within the city, the space offers a differentiated experience of rest through the use of traditional aesthetics and nature-inspired objects. The sense of calm found within these traditional elements gently refreshes the mind, restoring emotional balance and vitality.
The layout consists of a spa room, consultation rooms, massage rooms, restrooms, and a central hall, with each room designed as an independent and private environment to ensure personal comfort. By utilizing the transmission and reflection of light through traditional materials, the space achieves a sense of visual expansion, creating an open and immersive atmosphere that allows visitors to experience deep and restorative relaxation.
